For $1 donation per student, your child can enjoy a dress-down day, and all proceeds will be donated to a different charity or organization chosen for that month. Please see the attached dress-down day schedule and what theme to wear on these specific days! Thank you for supporting these meaningful causes!!

Be good. Do good. God bless. Go Bills!
Congratulations to our student and teacher leaders who demonstrated the virtue of studiousness. Being studious means more than just memorizing facts on the back of flashcards to do well on a quiz or growing our rote memories. Instead, the virtue of studiousness involves seeking knowledge to grow closer to the Truth. Studiousness is the good habit of a person who uses his or her God-given intellect and reason for the purpose of accumulating knowledge in service of God and others. Today’s recipients, through their actions, have served as role models of our school who have demonstrated the virtue of studiousness.

*Important Message*: Grandparents Mass Tomorrow!

Grandparents Mass will be held in the CHURCH for grades 1-8. For Pre-K & Kindergarten, Mass will be livestreamed in the PARISH CENTER -unless- they're a Christian Witness Recipient -or- a sibling/cousin of a student in grades 1-8. Those students will be at the Church.
*Eucharist will be offered in the Parish Center for those that would like to receive.

Seating:
Pre-K and Kindergarten students who are receiving the Christian Witness Award and/or have cousins and siblings in grades 1-8 will be seated in the front right side of the church (when facing the altar). Grandparents and sibling/cousins of those students are welcome to come sit in that reserved section.

Mrs. Michalek's Grade 3 students (who are leading the mass) will have seats reserved in the front LEFT side of the church. Grandparents and siblings/cousins of those students are welcome to come sit with Mrs. Michalek's class.

All other grades will be assembled in the church and Grandparents are welcome to find their grandchildren to sit with them.

Congratulations to our first Christian Witnesses of the year!!
These students and teacher embodied the virtue of hope. Hope provides us strength to overcome life's challenges. Hope is trusting in God's plan and not simply wishful thinking. It is a joyful and confident expectation grounded in God's promises. Great job, everyone!!

We're so proud of two of our student precepts! Josh from the Whelan House and Luke from the Kirsch House completed the Ride for Roswell's 45 mile route and collectively raised more than $3,000 for Roswell Park to support cancer care and research. Thanks so much, gentlemen, for representing SME, your pillar teams, and your NJHS chapter in such a generous way!
