St. Mary's Elementary School

S.E.T. (School Effectiveness Team)

Established in 1998 in response to parental concerns in place at that time,
SMESET works to gather information in order to identify strengths and areas of
concern in regard to the eleven characteristics of an effective school. Its goal is
to assist in providing a quality education for all students. SMESET acts as one
avenue of communication for suggestions, ideas, and concerns raised by
parents, faculty, staff and students.

Mission Statement
The School Effectiveness Team will serve as a representative group working to
improve the quality of education for all St. Mary’s Elementary School students.
