SCRIP Program

The Scrip program is designed to benefit St. Mary's Elementary School and St. Mary's School parents. It is simply; shopping with gift certificates. St. Mary's makes a profit on each gift card or certificate. You buy and spend them at face value. Thus, for example, $100 Tops Scrip is worth $100 to you.

SME Parents -- Tuition $$
AT NO COST TO YOU!

You may give the certificates as gifts, but the faster way to make profits is to use them in your day-today shopping, clothing purchases, entertainment and restaurant visits.

Most certificates are purchased from a broker. These certificates and cards are listed on the order form. During the school year, orders are placed on Monday mornings and are ready for pick-up at school the following Friday. Tops, Kaufmann's, and J.C. Penney's are always available for immediate purchase in the school office.

Tops, Kaufman's, and J.C. Penney's = IMMEDIATE PICKUP ANYTIME!

Cash or checks (payable to St. Mary's Elementary School) are accepted. Orders may be dropped off at St. Mary's School or Rectory before the Monday order date.

This program has the potential to sustain the school as a major ongoing fund raiser. Many schools in the Ohio/Illinois/Michigan area operate with Scrip as their only fund raiser.

Please consider participating in this program as a show of your support to Catholic education here at St. Mary's. It only requires your time and effort, since there is nothing extra to buy.
